There is no doubt about it, the best way to learn a language is by immersion. A good alternative for those who wish to learn by immersion, but retain their independence, and enjoy San Sebastian like a local: is to pick your apartment through Stay San Sebastian.   Ketty owns and operates the learning centres in Irun, only minutes away from Hendaye in France and a 20 minute train ride from San Sebastian.  She has over twenty years experience in language teaching and has coordinated many student exchange stays over the years, particularly with the U.S. We also offer tours in the area and work together as a team to make sure your experience is as productive as it is pleasurable. Courses run from 10.30 to 13.30 every week day at Ketty’s Academy in Irun at 26 euros per hour private tuition. Also:

Four people:  190 euros per week: for 15 hours per week per person.

Five to eight students:  150 euros per week: 15 hours per week per person.
